Well I had been on hormones for a long time prior to my SRS and as part of the pre SRS prep one has to discontinue the hormones 2 weeks prior. When I did that after about 5 days my breasts became tender and when I squeezed them definite milk appeared. Apparently this can happen with a sudden drop in hormones and stimulation
