Has to be pre op for me. I'm not saying I wouldn't get it on with a post op girl if I found her attractive, but most of the post op pussies I've seen do not look that good. Plus, the big attraction of ladyboys for me is the fact that they look like women right up until you see the cock. In addition, I prefer versatile ladyboys who like to pitch and catch, and with a post op of course that's out the window.
