Hi there.
Also i always do my best not to loose my cool, cause it's kinda weak to not be able to control yourself. I always try to treat others like i would like them to treat me, but i readjust my tone to their responces, but i usualy prefer to take the high road when possible. But when the situation dictates i can be "in your face" better than most. As for the limit calculation i believe i may have the ansewer but i'm not 100% sure.
