I know this thread should probably be in the shemale section but i think it should stay here in the general discussion, because of miss Foxx.

I think i know why some shemales go all the way and get the SRS.

Because the hardest part of the transition is the removal of half of the brain, only after that do they decide to get the SRS.

But on a serious note, i am curious to know why a shemale that is 100% passable as nothing else than a good looking girl/woman would have to get the SRS, no one ever asks any one proof of gender, the only ones that ever see her penis (internet exposure etc. not withstanding) would be her close freinds, and lovers, if they accept her as she is and her b/f likes her and her penis, and doesn't want her to get rid of it, but leaving it up to her, why would she get it chopped off.

To me shemales are kinda unique a very small % of the population, and qasi mythical, and so sexy, that and the fact that penis is low maintenance and fake vagina is high maintenance, also surgury is surgury and as such caries risks, including death.

20-30 years ago a girl with a penis was much more likely to get beat up because she had a penis, but today things are not as arcaic, we are not at the point that penis is accepted as standard alternate girl/woman equipement but it is getting more and more accepted.

So T-girls please tell me what your feelings a bout your penises, and since it is relevand size and functionality VS SRS.

I don't want to condem, but to understand, but i still find it quite extreme and not really necesary.
