For some reason I'm not familiar with "firefly" (or "dark skies".).but as its on so many lists, I think I should check it out.
... Not to take away from anyones favorite shows, but "Greatest American Hero" (william katz??) wasn't exactly sci-fi was it? If we go down that road, I think the original "Superman" series with George Reeves was much better. (Or "Man from Atlantis" ??)  Oh yes, someone mentioned "The Wild, Wild, West" and I think it is sci-fi...not futuristic, but sci-fi nonetheless. the new "Starbuck" kicks serious ass! I love her!
