I am definitely into Lipstick as I believe it can enhance most women's looks, in the right situation. In my case my more cynical friends would see it as part of a rescue-package ! ! ( Hey-ho )

Yes, except perhaps for Brazilian Tgirls, I would say that Lipstick does make a difference, some more than others.
