How many times a day/week do you pleasure yourself?

used to do it once a day, but i found that as it went on i did like 3-4 times a day and found myself spending too much time on it... so i'm trying to lessen the times=( maybe once every other day? ever tried holding it in for a week or so and then releasing it ALL OUT!?!?!?
