Any free/cheap cams?

Hi, I've been to a few cam sites recently, but the girls are all terribly eager to get you into a paid session, almost immediately. This is understandable of course, as I imagine they get a fairly large cut of the per minute fee for their 'trouble' (if you call jerking yourself off a chore ). I've been tempted by a few of them, and let me tell you, it gets horribly expensive, especially if you get carried away!

Anyone know of any cam sites that are free, or offer a cheap per-minute rate? Or any decent chatrooms for meeting someone for a nice cam2cam?
