My biggest fetish would be girls accidentally wetting their pants. Whenever i see a girl really desperate for the loo I find that particularily arousing, and especially so if she were to have an accident.
It's probably somehow due to the fact that I have a bit of a weak bladder myself and end up having an accident once in a while, but I mostly love seeing that happen to another girl.
