Sorry to ask this, but I'm still a bit confused (I think).
If I'm understanding the rep system correctly, then certain abilities, like how many images you can view and whether you can post links, are granted automatically when you do something (e.g., hit X posts), while others, like the ability to watch videos, are something that a mod has to approve? Am I right about that?
