You dont need sperm to cum!

Ever hear of a Vasectomy?

A Vasectomy is done to keep the sperm from mixing with your giz when you shoot a load. Sperm is only a small amount of the giz, so small you cant even notice the difference.

I had a Vasectomy over 2 years ago, I can still blow the same big wad I could before the Vasectomy.

I have a friend that had his balls removed due to Testicular Cancer and he said he can still cum just like he had balls.

So it comes down to if your balls were removed and as long as your prostate hasnt shrunk too much from hormones you should be able to still blow a wad!

This depends on a number of factors, like how many and which hormones they take. It wll most likely a quite pitiful amount anyway, because without functioning balls there will be no production af sperm, the main ingredient of "cum".
