If being a trans woman is a fantasy.. then don't do it. Dress up, play around, whatever. Taking hormones will screw up your body and put you at risk for liver damage and worse. You increase your chances of being sexually assaulted by 50% over non-trans women. Your chance of being murdered become 12x higher than non-trans women. 47% of trans women make less than 15,000 USD/year.
That's all a bit much to have "big tits" and whatever nonsense you have about men and cum.
