Windows XP see if this works for u .......
Move pic to 'My Picture' open with 'Window Picture and Fax Viewer''
at the bottom of the veiwer move along the toolbar until u find 'Copy to'
click 'Copy to' open window and change 'Save as type' to JPEG , click 'Save'
