alot of other countries dont have the resources to preform plastic surgery, correctly. The schooling may not be to the same standard as the U.S. A good boobjob can cost $5-6k. This is alot of money in the U.S. not to mention a poorer country. You get what ya pay for

In general, I have approved of most boob jobs I've seen. When the job is done right I think it adds a lot to the over all effect. Sure there are some who go too big and look like they have a couple of melons stuck on em. If a tgirl stays sensible about it and has them done so they compliment her size and shape they are great. A little too big is alright as long as everything else about them is okay. I think the smaller hormonal tits are quite cute on many Tgirls but you have to remember that in order to maintain them they have to keep taking the hormones which can lead to bad long term effects.
