There are definitely some out there, but you'd have better luck in Tokyo. Also, it's kind of hard to approach the Japanese "newhalfs", as they tend to stay away from foreigners, but I've met quite a few Filipino ladyboys in Tokyo and they love Americans. But if you ever feel like catching a Shinkansen up to Tokyo there are a lot of "newhalf" showpubs and gay friendly bars I. The Shinjuku district.
