What I know about filipina ladyboys... They don't have sex with their sisters usually (maybe only for making money by giving some white guy a show by that).

It seems to be more common in Western countries for trans women to be into other women (trans or not). Asia and Brazil seems to have fewer trans women who identify as lesbian or who date/ screw other trans girls.
