MTF Genitalia Questions

I was wondering if the MTF Vagina/Genitalia feels, smells like a Gender born Female after SRS?

The reason I ask is that someday I plan on going through with SRS and this is the only questions I have never seen answered or explained before.

I know they can look very natural after surgery depending on the surgeon but that is where my research ends with no answers.
