no its not a callous question it is blunt and open, but not meant to be rude.
i think the part that might be off putting is the "with us" part. like we cant catch stds anywhere else.
as far as i know i have never gotten and std from anyone i have fucked. of course its been a while since ihave been thouroughly tested, bout as long as its been since ive actually been in a position to get an std actually(its been a long time)
