I take it nobody likes basketball? I'm surprised there hasn't been a thread already.

Anyways, lets go Lakers and may the Celtics beat the Cavs and make the finals so we can destroy them.

I am not a very big basketball fan(baseball and hockey are the main sports I follow), but I am sure there are other basketball fans here. With you starting a thread, other posts are sure to follow.

basketball was big in australia about 5 years ago , but seems to have dropped off dramatically ?

The Celtics completely choked in the second half last night. That was their chance to get a win at Cleveland and they blew it.

Lakers start a series against the Jazz today and both teams are coming off game 6 wins on Friday. With Okur and Kirilenko out, the Lakers should beat the Jazz easily in this series, but we never like to make thing easy.
