According to thebody.com the average risk of contracting HIV from unprotected anal sex with an HIV+ partner is approx. 0,6% for the receiver and 0,06% for the giver. There are as far as I know no reliable statistics regarding oral sex, but it is considered considerably less risky than anal sex.
Now that said, the actual risk may be a lot higher and will depend on such matters as your general health, anal bleeding, your partners viral load etc.
So proceed with caution... but do swallow :-) I actually heard a theory that if you have oral sex swallowing is safer than spitting because the sperm will be for a shorter while in your mouth - and it's in your mouth the HIV virus can enter your blood stream. Once in your stomach it's gone.
