I doubt whether Nature has ever seen the need to create valid human hermaphrodites. I think the whole idea of Creating them by Design faintly repugnant - it's bad enough for those rare but unfortunate individuals who do possess vestigial organs of both sexes. I would think they'd rather be placed in one catgory or the other instead of being regarded as some sort of freaks. I did a search on the Internet, and found that there have been a number or hermaphrodites who have been subjected to summary surgery whilst very young, before they could get any sense of sexual identity, and it appears the surgical choices were wrong. A complete tragedy. I think this is a serious subject which should not be treated lightly at all, although I know some people can't help their fantasies
