Sort of. In the sense that it does not take many things to keep a man happy, yes. However, this need to have a bunch of material crap that women apparently need to be happy(in my opinion) is the result of years of bombardment by the movie and fashion industries that has conditioned people to believe that they need all these superficial items to be happy in their life. It should not take much to be happy, and I think men are a bit more keen on this. Unfortunately, this "need" for useless articles and whatnot has manifested itself in men as "metrosexuality". It has spawned a generation of douchebags, bros, guidos, fresas, and whatever they call themselves now.
