The T-Girl in the pic certainly has a fine rear. However, I would not describe it in superlatives. Too me, it has a masculine quality in that it looks overly muscled. Not curvy and firm like those bottoms most men ogle over, but downright muscled - as is often seen in female bodybuilders.
