On the other hand, it really depends on how sensitive a person is to such things.
I mean, some genetic girls plainly have bigger arms than their boyfriends, even if few might have more muscle mass, per se, which might make some guys feel uncomfortable, too.

Yes, the "phallic factor" can't be underestimated at any point, but I really don't care. In fact, objectification of the penis is waning in my mind.
