IMO: Hormonal titties hands down! Way too many tranys go right to the balloons without giving the hormone enough time to do their magic in terms of shape (teardrop-like flowing out the top of the chest downward) and nipple size (half dollar-size, red and bigger than an a bug bite), especially when hard!
