I have found that you can reach it, but the amount of stimulation is hard to get with fingers if you want a no hands on the cock orgasm. I won't say it can't happen, but IMO it's just easier with other stuff being used. I also tend to squirm alot, so maybe I just wiggle out of reach *shrug*
