It's right in Forum Rule 2
2. To protect people who are less than 18 from accidentally viewing big porn pictures, post your images as attachments (to get there scroll down to the "manage attachments" buttons). This will make the pictures viewable only by forum members who have confirmed their age.
You first have to open the "Reply" or "New Thread" dialogue box.
