Here in the USA they will need a parents cosent hence it's very rare but over in Thailand it's more acceptable for a young teenage boy to say i want and should have been a girl so it's more common, I've heard the average age of a post-op here in the USA is mid 30s while in Thailand it's early 20s Jennifer
