I'd love to try Japanese cookery .. there's something about Oriental food which just "grabs" me .. I love it ... :D
I'd really like to own a complete set of "Global" Japanese Chef's knives .. but they cost a fortune (I've only got one small "Global" at the moment .. but it's like a razor) ...
They're made in the same traditional method as Samurai swords, with the steel being folded over on itself countless times .. thus giving a wonderful temper & keeping a very keen edge ..

.. 'cos if you haven't any, it's a likely trip to the local Hospital with a missing finger (or two) ...
