Here's how. To view your own posts go to:
UserCP---> Forum Info ---> Find all posts by...
In order to track Someone else's posts or threads, ( or your own, for that matter  ):
Click on the Username ---> Forum Info --->
Find all posts by... OR, ---> Find all threads started by...
