If you wouldn't like her before the boob job, you're probably not gay.
If you wouldn't like her after SRS, you're probably not straight.
Liking shemale porn either makes you some kind of bisexual, or it makes you a taboo chaser. You might like other kinds of "weird" porn (BBW, watersports, BDSM, lactation, whatever) for no other reason than that it's kinky.
Genetic females tend to be more fluid with their sexuality. They might fool around with some girls in college and never really think about it again. They often don't even like looking at porn, and their sexual fantasies are more self-involved than directed at doing something specific to a specific person. Genetic males are very visual and their sexuality is a more wired-in drive. It's difficult for them to be truly bisexual.
I wish I could remember what study it was that I read about a few years ago. There was a study done where straight men were given a functional MRI on their brain while shown porn. Straight porn lit up the basic hunger/longing/need/anticipation parts of their brain. Gay porn registered as a threat response as though the viewer's life was actually in danger from witnessing gay sex. Women do not have those reactions to porn (yet have similar brain activity when asked to discuss an important relationship).
Anyway, my point is that people who like porn, and M2F girls, both seem to be much closer to a true bisexual. The problem, though, is that tranny chasers aren't forced to confront their feelings, and they can be very homophobic and self-loathing themselves. They'll try very hard to pick up a tgirl in a bar, but will rarely show her any respect. If she does put out, the guy will often flake out as soon as he cums because he's overwhelmed by guilt. Oh, and that makes a girl feel real good when she can see that "WHAT THE HELL HAVE I DONE???" look in a guy's eye as soon as he gets off.
But my point is that if you're worried about being gay, you're probably not. I hang out at gay bars most weekends, and gay guys just aren't attracted to guys in skirts or trannies. They want real guys. For the most part, that is ... I know a few queens who have gotten boob jobs and FFS and electrolysis who date gay guys, but that's rare.
By the same token, if you're totally in love with cock and you think, "Hey, I'm not gay because I don't think guys are hot," well ... There are a lot of gay guys who will tell you that the female form is more beautiful than the male form -- except maybe for a few of those Spartans in 300.
But even the word bisexual isn't that good. I don't think it really speaks to the TG community. We might have gotten a T stuck on the end of LGBT, but tgirls are not respected the way the L and the G are. A lot of people in gay bars still think we're freaks. On top of that, even in such a minority that you would think would be accepting, shemales have trouble fitting in. A lot of the TS community refuse to take a tgirl seriously -- even if she has boobs and is on estrogen -- unless she's on testosterone blockers and wants to eventually have her junk removed.
