This pc has windows pics and fax viewer. I've tried other programs to reopen files like internet explorer or aol. On a few websites it will work but not this one. I've tried emailing the pic to myself and saving from there. That wont work either. The pic will open one time when I first download it. Then it's just an unreadable file. Oh by the way thanks for replying.
