A great deal of men have the fantasy of a 3 way, whether it be with men, women, or transwomen. It does happen, but the reality is that it happens to very few. At a guess (and without any facts or figures to go by) I would say it happens to a lot less than 1% of those who dream of this. There is nothing wrong with a fantasy like this, but the reality is it's not going to happen for most.
