I may have said something similar on a previous post, so forgive me for repeating myself, but I am not exclusively out looking for Ladyboy cock. A post-op Ladyboy or genetic girl are equally attractive and desirable.
The strange thing for me is that (somehow) I always manage to find the sexiest Ladyboy in the midst of a crowd of genetic girls... so there is obviously 'a look' that I subconsciously go for!!
If a genetic girl turned out to be the most desirable thing in my field of view then taking her home wouldn't be an issue. Having sex with her would be a 'no brainer' - of course I would!
