Have you ever thought of qualifying as a Plastic Surgeon, then you might combine profit with extreme pleasure ! ( Ooh ! A sudden thought - perhaps you ARE a Plastic Surgeon ! ! ) The Forum seems to cater for all sorts of people. Me, well I had ambitions once to become a surgeon, but my life-path led elsewhere it turned out. Might be interesting to re-route the male gonads to within the body though - there's plenty of room, and the sperm would be effectively neutralised by the body heat. . .
