Since Covid-19, I’ve been working out more and more at home. As I get “older” I’ve gradually been moving away from free weights to bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, kettlebells, and isometrics.
Today I was looking up stuff on Amazon when I found this book called “Sexercise.” Shit... Looks like “Dr. Andy.”

But does his wife know?

else do you think people put themselves through so much just to look good? This book is from 1967.
For “better sex” it is generally recommended that an exercise program focus on the hips, lower back, abs, and thighs. She’s saying: “Andy. Are you paying attention?”
