Found this on Pinterest this morning. I'm a firm believer in a daily exercise routine. Working out with a partner also adds motivation.
But I thought a few changes to the schedule were in order.

Take a Shower

Check Email
Legs/Squats/Lower Body
Have Sex
Lunch
Arms/Bench Press/Upper Body
Have Sex
Dinner
Watch TV
Back/Deadlift/Abs
Have Sex
Take a Shower
Have Sex
Go to Bed
Have Sex
Fall Asleep
