Tonight’s workout featured another infomercial from my friend Chalene. Much better than "Dr. Ho" again.

Of course she was promoting PiYo. I didn’t mind taking a break and watching as she was on a lot talking about it and demonstrating the exercises herself. I know a little bit about “working out” and training for sports myself and one of the things I noticed this time is that most of the exercises in PiYo can be done at a very “easy” beginner level with assistance. Which is important so that one sticks with it. Eventually they will make it to a more advanced level and see results. Many other exercise programs assume everyone can do whatever from the start and most people give up soon after trying and failing. PiYo also avoids weights which, while great for building strength and mass for sports can be dangerous when done alone. So yes I would recommend it.

Chalene is 50 according to what I read (she was born in 1969) but looks to be in her 20’s or 30’s. I also like her positive attitude. Some guys might find it annoying. But I like it. I would definitely go out with her if ever she would want to date a "younger man." Too bad we’re both married.
