Oh my.. how very unlady-like... I believe the etiquette for this would be to gently coax the partner awake with a little rimming and some digital (that's fingers) massaging of the sphincter so as not to startle a poor sleeping man. Once you get that tell-tale lifting of the bottom in the air and a winking sphincter in your face - THEN you have the green light for some kenetic anal action.
