definately hormonal, even on "females" i always loved small tits i dunno why, something is so petite and feminine about small tits to me.

i can deal with implants but they look so un natural at times but whatever.

but for me i love everything natural, on females i love natural tits, NOTHING (on a female) can be altered with implants or any thing like that.. i love my girls natural even if their asses and tits are tiny, i love the naturalness.. i also love medium tits but huge ones im not too fond of.. but obviously shemales are a different case, so yeah id have to pick hormonal because it is more natural than implants
