I can't comment on Thailand prices because I've never been there but in Europe the charge is pretty much the same whether you live in Spain or France or Greece or whatever...
For an hour you usually pay around 150-200 euros if the girl is not a pornstar or you can pay 300 for two hours,at least that's what I usually pay.
The charge in general is between that price range but for a well known pornstar (Renata Davilla,Mia Isabella etc) it can be 200-300 euros higher for the hour.
I wouldn't pay more than 200-250 for 60min but if a well known lady like Mia was in town I would absolutely be more generous.
Keep in mind you can spend a lot of money and still get dissapointed though...
