It does depend on her body size. For what it's worth, I prefer larger, curvy women (cis and otherwise). I certainly would not mind rolling around with Monica Lewinsky, for example. By the way, here's a recent pic of her:

I wouldn't mind if she had bigger breasts, though. Like 38-42 DD.
And as for why a lot of us men like large breasts on a woman, WHY NOT? As long as they are natural.
