Each person will have their own reason for getting castrated.

I presume that many would do it to be more feminine - removing the testacles will remove the source of testosterone.

I have seen photos of castrated transexuals still achieving erections and I presume that their ejaculate would be the same as men who have had vasectomies.

Anyone with medical knowledge or direct knowledge able to clarify?
