Easily comprehensible. In a perfect world shemales would be able to get a vagina between ball sack and anus, plus a cervix, womb, tubes and ovaries. Hormones already can help them lactate, so that would be the ultimate step. A pure fantasy, I know, but still a nice and legit one.
