Cycling can make your legs look better and increase your overall fitness so go for it.
You don't wanna go too hard if you don't exercise in general so start slow and work your way up.

You don't want to build too much muscle (because you want a feminine looking body) so cycling is the best way to go,it wil shape your legs but won't make them too bulky unless you use high gears on it!
