Original post seems video-focused so most comments are directed there.
Technical: Take trouble to get lighting right; either get the sound level right or use appropriate music track to accompany performance; don't try to capture fast action in close-up - better a wider shot than blurred action; running time </= 10 mins is fine - much more is usually filler unless a compilation or multiple performers.
Artistic: Camera man to keep his mouth shut & hands, etc. off performer(s); cameraman & performer to use more than one position during performance; not necessary that performers speak but if they do, should be directed to each other or viewer; maximum eye contact with camera throughout performance.
No ethnic preference but girls of feminine appearance definitely preferred; as are tatts-free girls.
