Most of the tgirl-themed cartoons that attract me are dickgirls or futanari drawn in the anime/manga style.
However the best I've yet seen is a Kinky Jimmy work. It's rude, as they all should be. The artwork is a simple line drawing but so cleverly done the caption is entirely superfluous. Jimmy lets the expressions on those girls' faces tell the story.
