I could almost lick it when I was a teen. Now, not even close.
I can't see the point unless you could get it in your mouth easily - too much discomfort to make it pleasureable. I've seen videos of guys straining to get their lips on the head - it must be hard to breathe like that. Now if I could bury the head in my mouth, I'd never leave the house.
