When m2f gets their srs, they have to use their vagina often after for it to remain well open and functionnal. I think they are encouraged to use a dildo or something. Providing you are delicate and carefull, providing you communicate with her as you have sex, which you should do with any woman, everything should be fine. Take the time for long prelims, cuddle her, give her good oral sex, and then go with it delicatly, using a water based lubricant...
