2. keeping up hormones is they key to maintaing a natural boob. the more fem hormones a ts takes the less likely she is to maintain or even have an erection, so girls that you tend to see more often (such as excorts and porn stars) dont tend to take their hormones as they should. they do it to maintain an erection which is what us guys tend to want more than a floppy dick. the down side is they dont have fem body fat, curvy hips, boob fat etc.
